Are Hundstuen invited Morten Longum to join Putti Factory with a goal to make interesting new design for a wide audience. Putti Factory has a goal to make objects which incorporates aspects as multifunctional, comforting, embracing, fun, and so on. We think designing should be fun and make people smile. We try to create furniture that doesn’t just fit into one genre, at the same time we know that furniture is not timeless and must adapt to customers needs.

To explain our goals, we would like to comment on our actual furniture.

A-chair:
Are’s intention was to make a sensual piece of furniture which embraces you and makes you feel comfortable and secure. The chair suites shy people and for the exhibitionists we recommend:

Habibi:
An "outward-pointing" sitting device that puts the user on a stand, makes the user exhibited.

Tank:
The first joint project by Are and Morten, shown for the first time at Stockholm Furniture Fair. Multifunctional furniture in different sizes made of wood and rubber for rough and varied usage. The furniture can be tilted and adapted to different needs, bookshelf, and stereo bench.

Decandence:
A sofa shown first time at Salone Satellite 2002. The sofa has two foldable parts that turns the sofa into an intimate 2 persons sofa or converts into a 4-5 persons sofa.

Aqua:
Table with incorporated aquarium that can be replaced with a coushin for resting your feat on.

Fold:
Foldable chair, can be stacked, adjustable angle of seat for different usage.
